Our news tv programme is aimed for adults between the ages of 25 to 50. As it is on at 10.

You have written an excellent proposal. You have written it in the correct format and provided information about the name of the programme, the content and who would watch it. You have also said when it would likely be on the TV - what channel will we see it on?
You could include more detailed information about your audience and explain who they are and what their interests are.
